Berks Pistol Club
The Berks Pistol Club was founded in 1949 in Reading, PA. Originally the club shot at the Reading YMCA and also out at the Reading Regional Airport. In the mid 1970s the club moved to Mohnton Fish and Game and has stayed there ever since. On Wednesday evenings from April through October, the club shoots NRA Conventional Bullseye outdoors under the lights. In the winter, the club moves inside to the basement of the Mohnton Fish and Game clubhouse and shoots International Air Pistol. There are currently 23 active members in the club. Brian Keyser is the President, John Schoennagle is the Vice-President, Art Becker is the Recording Secretary, Barry Simmon is the Executive Officer, Randy Schonour is the Instructor, and George Rosenfeld is the club's Treasurer. Guests are welcome to come shoot with the club. For more details, call Brian Keyser at 610-775-3470.
